- Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be issued once an order reaches the “processing” stage.
- Cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] within 1 hour of payment.
- Refunds are not applicable for delays in report delivery, as reports are manually prepared and may take additional time.
- Refunds will not be provided for incorrect details entered by the client (date/time/place of birth).
- Multiple payments against the same order will be refunded in full (excluding transaction charges).
- No refunds are applicable for services such as Vastu consultations, gemstone effects, pooja services, numerology, as outcomes vary for each individual.
- Phone or chat consultations, once connected, are non-refundable.
- Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
